PERCIVAL DAVID CROOK Isobel and all the family of the late Percival David Crook would like to thank his GP for the care and attention over many years; to the Doctors and Hospital Staff of Ward 9a North for the care given to Percy while in Lister Hospital. Special thanks to Reverend Tony Ruffell who conducted the funeral service and made everyone feel at ease. Thank you to Peggy and E H Crouch Funeral Directors Baldock who made a very sad day go well. Last but not least sincere thanks to all those who attended the funeral, and to all friends, neighbours for the beautiful flowers, lovely cards and messages of condolence; and to all those who gave so generously in memory of Percy to the British Lung Foundation Breath of Life. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
