DONALD GREEN 8-10-1930 to 9-11-2012 The family of the late Donald Green wish to thank all who attended his funeral at Harwood Park Crematorium on 27th November and for all their support at this sad time. Also thanks to the Reverend Barry Pate, Macmillan Nurses, staff at the Garden House Hospice and the Co-operative Funeralcare.
