It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Valerie Lucas Valerie passed away peacefully with her girls by her side at Chase House on the 21st July 2024 aged 90. Valerie was a beloved Mother, Grandmother and Wife. As a Registered Nurse she had a long and successful career devoting her life to caring for others and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Valerie's funeral will take place at North Herts Memorial Park and Crematorium on the 5th August 2024 at 10am. All enquiries to Coop Funeral Care Letchworth.

So sorry to hear our lovely Auntie Valerie has passed away. She was a true character, a mine of information and an excellent role model of a strong woman. She will be greatly missed by us all.

Dear Val was a great friend and confidante to me over many years. She had great wisdom and a loving nature. She showed huge faith with health challenges. I and my Family send her blessings to her in Heaven. We will meet again. Much love Peter, Jackie, Kenny and Julia
