Lavish Bar and Grill is a mediterranean restaurant on Stevenage's High Street.

The location has a five star rating on Tripadvisor, with 341 of 387 reviewers giving the location top marks. 

One reviewer, Steven Stagg, said: "Service was exceptional from arrival, food was fantastic.

"Drinks, from arrival, were delivered within 10 minutes. Great atmosphere, great cocktails too!"

2. El bar de tapas, Middle Row

El bar de tapas is a family-run Spanish tapas restaurant on Stevenage's Middle Row.

The establishment has a 4.5 star rating, with 703 of 853 reviewers giving the location five stars out of five.

Pete W said: "We had food from the tapas menu and were not disappointed.

"There was a good range of dishes and the service from the waitresses was excellent, really friendly and quick."

3. Tarla Restaurant, Middle Row

A family-run Turkish restaurant, Tarla Restaurant is set on Stevenage's Middle Row.

The eatery has a 4.5 star rating, and was given all five stars by 274 of its 374 reviewers.

Zoe Oshea said: "We had a great family meal. The food was excellent and the kids loved it.

"The service was efficient and consistent. The food was authentic and brought me back to past holidays."

4. Misya Meze Grill, High Street

Another Turkish restaurant, Misya Meze & Grill is set on Stevenage's High Street.

The restaurant has a 4.5 star rating, having been given top marks by 614 of its 843 reviewers.

Richard D, said: "Food is excellent (and I've lived in Turkey).

"Today I had the ribs, grilled on the charcoal grill which gives a wonderful flavour, but I've eaten here many times and whatever you choose will be superb."

5. The Mulberry Tree, High Street

The Mulberry Tree is a Green King pub on Stevenage's High Street.

290 of the location's 412 reviewers have given the location full marks, leaving the establishment with a 4.5 star rating.

Corrine T said: "The pub itself is beautiful, cosy and welcoming.

"The menu although small it is executed extremely well, portion sizes are more than ample, a feast for the eyes as well as the tum."
