A local beer company has teamed up with a breathing specialist to offer a "unique experience" at their brewery.

Crossover Blendery in Weston and breathing coach Harriette, from Inexhale Breathwork, is set to offer a series of breathing sessions.

Ancient breathing techniques, music, movement and the "gorgeous smell of the brewery" will be combined in the Breath, Beats and Barrells classes.

Yoga mats will be nestled between barrels, with the chance to sample one of Crossovers beers - and learn about how they are made - included in the experience.

The event was initially intended as a one-off, but after rave reviews, a series of sessions have been organised.

Crossover's co-founder Charlie said: "We want to create more of a community hub at Crossover.

"Our space is a place for people to come and relax in the countryside amongst friends with the ability to switch off from the outside world.

"I thought Harriette’s Breathwork session would be a perfect fit, and from the feedback people are very much enjoying the sessions."
