Tributes have been paid to Wayne Ambridge, who was allegedly murdered in Hertford last month.
The 55-year-old was sustained serious injuries following an altercation in Tesco car park in Ware Road at around 8.15pm on Saturday, November 4, and he sadly died in hospital on Thursday, November 9.
In a statement, Wayne’s wife Diana paid tribute to her husband, saying: "Wayne was a loving son, father, husband, brother, uncle and friend.
"He would do anything for anyone. He was sadly taken too soon but will never be forgotten. He will live on in his children."

"Our thoughts are with Wayne’s family and friends at this very difficult time, and we would ask that their privacy is respected," said Detective Inspector Iain MacPherson, from the MCU.
"Three people have been charged with murder in connection with the incident and have been remanded into custody ahead of a court appearance in April 2024.
"I would like to thank members of the public who have reported information to us."
