Stevenage stakeholders attended enterprise agency Wenta's 40th anniversary celebrations to support the town's business community.

Leader of Stevenage Borough Council Cllr Richard Henry was among those who attended the event at the House of Commons.

Since 2009, enterprise agency Wenta has managed the Business and Technology Centre (BTC) on Bessemer Drive on behalf of Stevenage Borough Council.

The event also saw the launch of Wenta's first business research paper on 'Action Zero', in partnership with The Enterprise Research Centre, as part of an initiative to help as many businesses as possible reduce their carbon footprint.
