A planning application to extend a dental practice in Stevenage has been submitted to the local authority.
The plans for Hydean Dental Practice in Hyde Green South are for a single storey extension to the rear and side of the existing dental surgery, taking up public amenity land.
If approved by Stevenage Borough Council, the development will increase the floorspace by 65 square metres - from the current 85 sq m to 150 sq m.
The planning application comes after Shephall Dental Surgery in Stevenage's Shephall Way had plans for a two-storey rear extension approved in October last year, allowing the dental surgery to increase its number of consulting rooms from four to six.
