Plans have been submitted for a family home in Stevenage to be turned into four flats.
The proposals for the mid-terrace house, on Manor View, include a two-storey rear extension and a single-storey front extension.
Each storey would have two flats fitted, with each flat including a combined kitchen and lounge, a bathroom, and one bedroom. There would be a patio and lawn for each downstairs flat.

If the proposals are approved, the front garden would be replaced with two off-street parking spaces and a footpath.
Storage for four bicycles would be added to the back of the property, with existing rear access maintained.
