The green light has been given for a new chicken restaurant and takeaway to open in Stevenage.
Peckers, which already has a restaurant and takeaway in Hitchin, has been given permission by Stevenage Borough Council to open a new unit in Kenilworth Close, as part of the Bragbury End development.
The development off Hertford Road, overseen by the borough council, includes the construction of 236 homes, several shops, a café and a community space.
The project is currently in phase one, which includes the construction of 176 homes alongside the retail premises.
