A woman was racially abused in Stevenage's Fairlands Valley Park, with police appealing to the public for more information.
At around 12.30pm on Saturday, February 10, the victim, a woman aged in her 50s, was subjected to racist verbal abuse.
The suspect is described as a white man aged between 60 and 70 years old and of a large build. He had a full head of short grey and blond hair, blue eyes and was clean shaven.
He was wearing black clothing and was riding a red four-wheeled mobility scooter - possibly of the ShopMobility brand. He also had a black and white dog with him.

The incident is being treated as a hate crime.
"Racism has no place in Hertfordshire and we take reports of this nature seriously," Hate Crime Officer PC Lewis Thomson, investigating.
"We are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to get in touch. Were you in the park? Did you see what happened?
"The man is believed to regularly frequent the park – do you know who he is? Please get in touch if you can help.
