The masterplan for a 900-home development on Letchworth's Grange Estate is set to be revealed at an upcoming public consultation event.
The LG1 project team will be hosting a consultation event on the preferred masterplan on March 7, from 6pm to 8pm at the Grange Academy School in Sparhawke, with residents getting the chance to meet the team and share their views on the masterplan ahead of the final version being agreed.
"Following our ongoing engagement with the local community, stakeholders and technical work, we are now ready to present the preferred masterplan option for LG1 for feedback," said a spokesperson for the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation.

"The preferred masterplan responds to all the research, technical constraints and feedback we have gathered so far, demonstrating what we think the best solutions are based on these.
"We are grateful to everyone who participated in our engagement on the masterplan options in the autumn. We were pleased to meet so many people at our events and engagement sessions last year and hear about the local community’s priorities for development.
"The next step is to consult with the local community on the preferred masterplan option and to receive further feedback before it is submitted to North Herts Council for approval."
