A toddler has been found wandering alone in his pyjamas in Fairlands Way in Stevenage, with police trying to trace his parents.
The boy, believed to be around two or three years old, was found by police officers just before 3pm today.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire police said: "We are appealing for information after a young child was located by officers today in Stevenage.
"The boy was found in Fairlands Way just before 3pm and is currently being looked after by officers whilst enquiries are continuing to trace his parents/guardians.
"He is described as Asian, believed to be around two or three years old, and is wearing a red Mario Kart pyjama top, blue Minion’s pyjama bottoms, with white Crocs. He also had a bicycle with him.
"If you have any information which may assist us, please call police immediately and quote ISR 406 of 11 March."
