The Shack has teased the opening of its new Hitchin restaurant, but when is it set to officially welcome customers?
Serving up burgers, chicken wings and tenders, grilled sandwiches and Sunday roasts, the business will be joining the burgeoning street food scene in the town, which includes the likes of Chicken George, Cantina Carnitas, Cawsburger and Café 77.
The Shack already has two restaurants in Biggleswade and Barton, and will be taking over the Sun Street unit formerly home to Deroka.
An official opening date is yet to be revealed, but it has been teased on the restaurant's social media.
In a video posted to Instagram, the business said: "This is the start of another journey and we’re taking you with us.
"Over the coming weeks lots of exciting things will be happening behind these doors, and we’ll be taking you along our renovation journey at 32 Sun Street.
"Hitchin, are you ready?"
