A road in Hitchin is currently blocked due to a fallen tree, with police urging motorists to seek an alternative route.
Park Street is currently closed from the junction with Queen Street all the way through to the Three Moorhens roundabout.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire police said: "Motorists are asked to please avoid the area and to seek an alternative route. Thanks for your patience."
