A woman has been arrested after she was caught driving on the wrong side of the motorway near Letchworth.
The driver, aged in her 50s, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink at around 2am on Tuesday (May 28).
She has been released on bail.
The Audi was spotted travelling on the A1(M) between Letchworth and Stotfold, with officers locating the vehicle at its owner's home following a search.
