1. 57-home development in Stevenage

A planning application has been submitted to create four one-bedroom flats at 74, 80 and 81 Hermitage Road, Hitchin. 

This would be done via a change of use from Class E to Class C3, and the subdivision of existing second floor flat.

A planning application has been submitted to install solar panels on an existing south facing roof and dormer at 9 to 15 Hitchin Street, Baldock.
