A child has been taken to hospital after a crash in Letchworth today (Wednesday, July 31).
An ambulance took them to hospital "as a precaution", according to a police spokesperson, following a collision between two vehicles in Icknield Way.

Hertfordshire police were called to the incident, involving a silver Honda Jazz and a grey Toyota Yaris, shortly before 8.30am.
Both vehicles were blocking the road and police officers closed the road at the junctions with Bridge Road and The Quadrant while the vehicle was recovered.
The road was reopened shortly after 10am.
