St Albans Magistrates Court results - August 7 

Aisha Animashaun: 22, of Bluebell Way, Hatfield. On September 20, 2023, was the owner of a vehicle which did not have any road tax. Fined £53 plus ordered to pay road tax back duty £5 and court costs £85. 

George O’Malley McCarthy: 20, of The Parade Charrington Place, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on October 5, 2023 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £366 and ordered to pay court costs £85.  

Andrew Spencer: 41, of Old Hertford Road, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on March 21, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £230 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Kevin McDonagh: 25, of Fourways House, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Luton Magistrates Court on November 7, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £85. Committed to prison for 8 weeks suspended for 12 months. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – August 8 

Andrew Crozier: 37, of Broom Walk, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to keep in touch with supervising officer. Committed to prison for 14 days concurrent. 

Debbie Thompson: 64, of Linnet Walk, Hatfield. On February 13, 2023, drove a Ford Eco Sport St-Line on Lower Luton Road, Harpenden at 37mh when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £40 and ordered to pay victim services £16. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – August 9 

Mojibola Tiyamiyu: 31, of Admiral Drive, Stevenage. On February 20, 2023, drove a BMW 320I n Baldock Road, Baldock at 83mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £100 plus ordered to pay victim services £40 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – August 13 

Parviz Delara: 53, of Admiral Drive, Stevenage. On May 23, 2022, failed to give information relating to the driver of a Volkswagen Scirocco who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £80 and ordered to pay victim services £34. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
