Several cars in Stevenage were set on fire during the early hours of this morning (October 8), with roads closed by police.
From around 1.20am, vehicles in Vardon Road, Jessop Road and Canterbury Way were set on fire.
The fire service attended to put the blazes out, and police closed roads.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said "you may notice some increased police presence in the area" this morning, while enquiries continue.
