If you love looking up at the sky and watching it light up with vibrant blues, pinks, and purples each year, you’ll want to check out the list below to find the best places across Stevenage and North Herts to watch the fireworks display on Bonfire Night.

1. Stevenage Fireworks Display - Fairlands Valley Park

Taking place at Fairlands Valley Park on Tuesday, November 5, the event is free with fireworks starting at 7.30pm.

There will be hot food and drinks available on the night to keep people warm.

Funded and organised by Stevenage Borough Council, who are promising a "fireworks extravaganza".

2. Hitchin Fireworks Display - Priory Hotel

The Priory Hotel will be hosting the Hitchin Fireworks Display on Friday, November 1, with gates opening from 4pm.

"Join us for an evening filled with live music, exhilarating fair rides, and the unique thrill of axe throwing," reads a post from the Priory.

"Warm up by our fire pits, enjoy some delicious street food, sip on a cup of mulled wine or toast marshmallows with friends. This event promises fun for all ages."

Tickets cost £8 for adults and £5 for under 14s, while under 3s go free.

3. Spectacular Fireworks - Letchworth Rugby Club

Also on Friday, November 1, Letchworth Rugby Club will be hosting Spectacular Fireworks, with the display starting at 7.30pm.

"This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a stunning display of fireworks, a lively atmosphere, and all the fun you could hope for to celebrate Bonfire Night," reads the Letchworth Rugby Club website.

Tickets cost £8 for adults and £5 for under 14s, while under 3s go free, with live music, food stalls and bars for people to enjoy.

4. Baldock Community Fireworks - Letchworth Eagles Football Club

Baldock Community Fireworks will take place on Saturday, November 9, but have unfortunately been forced to move to Letchworth Eagles Football Club.

"This is a new location for the fireworks after St Mary’s was no longer available and unfortunately there are not many local options that are appropriate size-wise in Baldock or that were interested in hosting," Baldock Events Forum has confirmed.

"There will be live music to enjoy, lots of food and drink options and the fairground that you have come to expect, together with the fireworks display itself."

The display starts from 7pm, with tickets costing £8.

5. Bonfire Night & Fireworks Spectacular - Pirton Sports and Social Club

Taking place at Pirton Sports and Social Club on Saturday, November 2, the display will help fund a new pavilion for the site.

"Join us for Pirton's Bonfire Night and Fireworks Spectacular at Pirton Recreation Ground," a Facebook post reads.

"Doors open at 5pm, with fireworks by The Fireworks Firm, live music until 10pm, and a range of entertainment including food vans."

Adult tickets start at £10 and children cost £5, but you can buy a family ticket for £30, which allows entry for two adults and three under 18s.
