There was one cup match played in the Hitchin Sunday League this week - and it saw county heartbreak for Arlesey Town.
They travelled to Luton Phoenix in the Beds Sunday Junior Cup but returned on the back of a 4-2 loss.
Coach & Horses are just one point away from retaining their Division One title after a 6-2 victory at home to Chells Rovers.
At the other end, a 2-0 win for North Baldock against Pied Piper sees them move off the bottom and up two places in the table while Inter Malone have replaced them, following a 4-0 loss to Atletico 99.
AC Malone were at home to Squirrel Taverners and lost by the odd goal in seven.
A penalty put Squirrel ahead but Will Payne conjured up an equalise, going round the keeper after a long goal kick by Dan Garcia.
Route one from Ricardo Green sent Payne in for 2-1 but goals either side of half-time found them once again chasing the game.
Green helped get them level again, firing a ball across goal that was turned into his own net by a Squirrel.
But they had the last word with five minutes to go, clinching a 4-3 win.
In Division Two, the game between St Ipployts and Ashwell was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Cock were at home against Hitchin Rovers in a game that saw nine goals scored, Rovers winning 6-3.
Troll Campbell moved up two places in the table following their 5-3 victory against GSS.
In Division Three Feed Up Warm Up won their away game against Cronies 6-2 to move up to second.
Kimpton were unlucky to leave the Grange empty handed, losing by the odd goal in seven against Down And Under.
The villagers turned around a 2-0 half-time deficit to go into the final few minutes level at 3-3.
But chasing a winning goal, they failed to clear a long throw and the home side pounced, leaving Kimpton still at the foot of the table.
The final game of the day saw North Herts Hatters win at home against Niche.
In a closely fought contest Hatters managed a get a late goal to win the game 2-1 and maintain their unbeaten record.
