Jamie Reid has kept his place in the Northern Ireland squad after a memorable first call-up.

The Stevenage striker scored after just seven minutes of his debut in a 1-1 draw away to Romania before starting in the 1-0 win over Scotland just three days later.

He is now part of a 26-strong squad chosen by manager Micheal O'Neill for friendlies against Spain, to be played in Palma, Mallorca, on June 8, and against Andorra on June 11.

Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Pierce Charles is the only newcomer in the squad, brother Dion of Bolton Wanderers also included, while Sunderland captain Corry Evans returns to the international fold after an absence of 20 months.

He suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in January 2023 and only returned to his club’s first team squad at the end of January.

He last played for Northern Ireland in September 2022.
