Lee Cox, Jack Jebb and Adam Marriott are among eight players released by Stevenage.
Midfielder Cox, who turned his loan spell from Plymouth Argyle into a permanent deal with the club in January, and former Arsenal man Jebb, who failed to establish himself in the side last season, are among those who have left the club after their contracts expired.
Marriott, who played 90 minutes in the final match of the season at Accrington following an injury-hit campaign, has also been released.
Former Forest Green Rovers striker Aaron O’Connor has also left, as have Jerome Okimo, Charlie Adams, Rohdell Gordon and David McAllister.
The news of their departure came just hours after Stevenage had announced that Charlie Lee, the midfielder, and full-back Nathan Kerr had signed new deals with the club.
