A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A1(M).
The incident took place at 7.41am this morning (Friday, June 30) near Junction 7 on the road's southbound carriageway between Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, a motorbike and a car.

Officers from Hertfordshire police attended the scene, and both vehicles were recovered.
The motorcyclist was then taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
According to National Highways, delays of up to 15 minutes were experienced, with three miles of congestion present.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "Police were called at 7.41am this morning (Friday, June 30) to reports of a collision on the A1M southbound, close to junction 7.
