Firefighters rushed to a railway bridge near Stevenage at the weekend (Sunday, July 30) after a car was found to be "well alight".
The incident occurred in Bragbury Lane, with Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service called at 11.12pm on Sunday evening.
One fire engine, from Stevenage fire station, was sent to the scene and helped extinguish the blaze.

A spokesperson for the fire service told the Comet that the crew "found a car wheel alight under a railway bridge".
"Firefighters extinguished the fire and handed the scene over to the police."
No road closures were reported as a result of the incident.
