Hertfordshire could be set for some spring sunshine, with temperatures expected to soar to almost 20° on Saturday.
According to the Met Office, Friday will start off with some bleak showers, but the sun will break through in the afternoon and temperatures will increase.
The mercury is set to hit 17°, but Saturday will bring even better weather.
Temperatures are expected to hit 14° by 7am, and will only continue to rise, with 18° forecast at 10am and 19° at 1pm.
Hertfordshire residents will have Storm Olivia to take for the heat as warm air will be dragged in, with high winds and rain set to hit further north.
Things are expected to cool off on Sunday and into next week though, with rain and highs of 14° predicted for Monday, before a return to a much more mild 11° on Tuesday.
