A planning application for a bar had been submitted for 3 Brand Street, but the unit is back on the market after the proposal was withdrawn.

Listed for £3,333 per month by Paul Simon Seaton Commercial Estate Agents, the building was formerly home to TSB and has stood empty since the bank closed in 2021.
