A new wine and cocktail bar has opened in Station Place in Letchworth.

Chez Burton's The Waiting Room opened its doors last week, in the unit that was previously the tapas bar La Concha. 

The family-run bar offers handcrafted cocktails and fine wines, as well as light bites, charcuterie and cheese boards.

The owners, who are also behind Chez Burton in Baldock, said: "The Waiting Room is designed to deliver a ‘next-level’ cocktail and wine experience in an informal and relaxed environment. A place where you can sample classic mixology with our particular ‘twist’, and experiment with a selection of flavours and spirits you may not have tried before.

"At Chez Burton, we aim to collaborate with local suppliers and businesses to bring the very best that Hertfordshire has to offer, along with some of the highest quality, premium level spirits, mixers and food produce.

"All our signature cocktails have a story. Our coffee is roasted locally in Letchworth at Level Ground Co, who also train our staff to bring guests the perfect cup of coffee."
