A Turkish restaurant and takeaway is set to open in Stevenage, after being given the green light by the local authority.
The new venture on Mobbsbury Way will join existing businesses in the small shopping parade - Best-One Convenience Store, Anne Marie Hair Studio, Rupa Tandoor and Domino's Pizza.
The Turkish restaurant and takeaway will take over the unit currently occupied by Envious beauty salon, which remains open for now, with business as usual.
Opening hours will be 10am to 11pm, seven days a week.
Stevenage Borough Council's planning officer said: "The proposed opening hours of 10am until 11pm every day are considered acceptable and complementary in context with the other operators along the parade."
