England's opening game of Euro 2024 is less than a week away, with fans hoping that finally football comes home after 58 long years.
Gareth Southgate's men take on Serbia in their opening group game this Sunday in an 8pm, followed by a clash with Denmark next Thursday and then Slovenia on Tuesday, June 25.
If you're stuck for somewhere to watch the games, here are seven places in Stevenage and Hitchin to cheer on the Three Lions at Euro 2024.
1. Event Island - Stevenage
Crowds are expected to gather in Stevenage town centre, with England games set to be shown on a big screen at Event Island.
Food vendors and a mobile bar will be there to keep fans fed and watered, while free face painting and stilt-walking referees will keep the children entertained.
2. The 76 Lounge - Stevenage
The 76 Lounge at Stevenage FC's Lamex Stadium will be live screening England’s entire UEFA Euro 2024 campaign.
Entry is free with no need to book, with doors opening one hour before kick-off. There is also a 90-minute madness discount on selected drinks during the game, as well as hot bar snacks available to purchase.
3. The Radcliffe Arms - Hitchin
This is where I'll be watching England take on Serbia, and The Radcliffe Arms is promising "an epic atmosphere accompanied by tasty craft beers, stone-baked pizzas and beer bites".
The pub will also be showing other Euro 2024 games throughout the tournament, so this is the place to get your football fix.
4. The Coopers Arms - Hitchin
Another pub showing all of the Euro 2024 games is The Coopers Arms, while all England games with full commentary.
Booking is not required, with the pub offering a great range of food and drinks.
5. The Drapers Arms - Stevenage
With screens dotted through the pub, both inside and out, there will be plenty of spots at The Drapers Arms to catch the action.
"Join us at The Drapers Arms for an unforgettable football experience. With big screens, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere, you won't miss a single moment of the action." reads a post on their Facebook page.
6. Osinsky's - Hitchin
With plenty of big screens, booths and standing space, Osinsky's could be a great place to cheer on England.
With a wide selection of food and drinks, there are even pool tables for a few games with mates before or after the match.
7. Hitchin Town Hall - Hitchin
If you don't fancy a pub or your own sofa to watch the game, Hitchin Town Hall will be showing Euro 2024 on a big screen.
"We’ll be showing every match for you and your friends to enjoy. There’ll be lots of space for everyone, with food and drink available," reads the town hall website.
