1. Stevenage SEN nursery
A nursery in Stevenage is planning to expand to allow more children with special educational needs to attend specialist early years education.
Little Conkers Day Nursery, based at the 7th Stevenage Sea Scouts hut, is planning to open a second facility in the town.
The nursery has applied to Stevenage Borough Council to change the use of a unit in Willows Link from a dog grooming salon to a day nursery.

2. Conversion of Knebworth studios into flats
A planning application has been submitted to North Herts Council to convert The Studios on Stevenage Road in Knebworth into one four-bed flat and one one-bed flat.

3. New half-way house at Letchworth Golf Club
Plans have been submitted for the erection of a detached half-way house at Letchworth Golf Club, following demolition of the existing half-way house.

4. Works to 50 trees at school near Hitchin
Following a survey, permission is being sought for works to 50 trees at Preston Primary School near Hitchin.
Under the plans, four trees are set to be felled.

5. Change of use of agricultural building in Preston to community shop
Planning permission has been granted for an agricultural building at the rear of Pond Farmhouse on Charlton Road in Preston to be turned into a community shop.
