Dog lovers can enjoy a full day of fun when the annual Stevenage Dog Watch Fun Day returns this weekend.
The popular event is back on Sunday (June 23) and will take place at St Nicholas Park.
The day will see the dog show accompanied by charity stalls, dog agility sessions provided by Wrayfield agility club and burgers and ice cream to keep attendees well fed throughout the day.
Headlining the day is the fun dog show, which will see pets compete in 14 categories across the day.
These include appealing eyes, waggiest tail, handsomest dog, the veterans category for dogs over eight years old, and the prestigious best in show award.
The day will also provide the opportunity to talk to the Stevenage Neighbourhood Policing Team and Stevenage and North Herts Police Cadets.
Action gets under way at 11am and will last until 3.30pm, with organisers promising a fun day for anyone with or without a dog.
