Newly released data has revealed the most expensive and cheapest postcodes to buy a property in Stevenage.

Property Solvers, a fast sales company, tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to find the information.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Symonds Green Lane sold for £1,075,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £61,250 and under on Cromdale Walk, Knott Close and Cromdale Walk."

Based on their analysis, the most expensive postcode to buy a house in Stevenage is for Glamis Close, where properties sold for an average of £876,666. It was followed by Woodfield Road (£865,000) and Symonds Green Lane (£824,583).
