Two vacant retail units in Hitchin have gone up on the market.
11A Bancroft, which has sat vacant since August last year when The Works were "unable to agree a viable rent agreement with the landlord".
The unit was originally listed by S.R. Wood & Son, but has now been relisted by Kirkby Diamond for a rental price of £120,000 per annum.
"The premise comprised a large ground-floor retail unit with extensive shop frontage. The shop has rear access, LED lighting, an alarm system and air-conditioning," the listing reads.
"The unit benefits from an open plan sales area and storage/ancillary to the rear including a staff toilet and kitchen."
Kirkby Diamond has also listed 13 Hermitage Road, formerly home to Hitchin Flooring, for £45,000 per annum.
The listing describes the units as a "ground floor lock up shop in a prime retail location of the town centre".
"The property has a double frontage, open plan sales area, rear access, LED lighting, WC and Kitchenette. There is on street parking to the front and rear loading," the listing adds.
