A cookbook made up of recipes from eateries across Hitchin is set to launch soon.

In a Facebook post, Visit Hitchin, who have put together the book said it would be a "celebration of our town's rich flavours and vibrant community", but no launch date has been announced.

There is also no indication of which restaurants will be involved, but with fantastic eateries including Cantina Carnitas, Cawsburger, Craft & Cleaver and more all serving up tasty food in the town, it's sure to include some delicious recipes.

"We're thrilled to announce that the Hitchin Cookbook is coming soon," a post on Facebook reads.

"Packed with delicious local recipes handpicked by our local eateries across Hitchin Town Centre. This is more than just a book— it's a celebration of our town's rich flavors and vibrant community.

"Stay tuned for sneak peeks and release details soon. Let's cook up something special together."
