Owners of a Stevenage breakfast and brunch spot have said they are "relieved" after the business was awarded a five-hygiene rating from the Food Standard Agency.
Following an inspection on August 29, Cha Kulcha in Stevenage Indoor Market was deemed to be very good in all areas - hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety.
The Punjabi food stall has been open for just over a month, serving authentic cuisine from the streets of India Wednesday through Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

Co-owner of Cha Kulcha, Jennifer Arndt, said she was "relieved" as there had been "many challenges so far" since opening.
"At one point we had to temporarily prepare food off site so it's a relief that we were able to receive a five-hygiene rating at both sites, it's great that we continue to meet the requirements for food health and safety.
"It was definitely a lot of hard work, but we ensured that we did the correct training and followed the guidelines closely."
