St Albans Magistrates Court results – September 18 

Olivier Zahoor: 31, of Millwards, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Margate Magistrates Court on June 12, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £40 and court costs £85. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court – September 19 

Sean Quinn: 43, of Roe Green Lane, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £120 and ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Daniel Wells: 49, of Woodley Road, Ware. On May 9, 2023, drove an Audi A3 at Raynsford Road, Ware when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £650. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – September 20 

James Barrett: 42, of Haldens, Welwyn Garden City. On November 16, 2022, drove a BMW 120D on M1 junction 6A to10, Redbourn at 70mph when the speed limit is 60mph. Fined £116 plus ordered to pay victim services £46 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Kane Broadbent: 24, of York Road, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on January 22, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £80.
