Plans have been submitted for a new single storey modular building at Barnwell Middle School in Shephall Green.

The plans would see a new porch roof constructed, as well as the addition of new disabled access and steps.

Permission is being sought for a replacement garage roof at 5 Orchard Road, Stevenage.
The new roof would be pitched, with the application also including plans for a new garage door.

4. Pencroft
Finally, plans have been submitted for alterations to a Grade-II listed building in Hitchin.
Permission is being sought for a single storey rear extension and alterations to the roof of Pencroft in Maiden Street.
The changes would follow the demolition of the existing conservatory.
