A Stevenage Nisa has donated hundreds of pounds to a community centre.
Nisa retailer, Bill Dhesi, raised £730 at his Symonds Green store's launch event earlier this year, with the total announced last week.
The money has now been donated to Symonds Green Community Centre through Nisa's Making a Difference Locally (MADL) charity.
The centre, home to The Learning Zone Nursery, hosts various activities and regular social events.
Mr Dhesi said: "I’m really proud to make this donation in Stevenage through MADL and I can’t wait to support future community projects in the local area.
"The Symonds Green Community Centre does a superb job so I know this money raised will be going to support those who really need it.
"The store launch event was a big success and thank you to everyone who made it possible."
