A taekwondo club in Stevenage is offering special offers in a bid to boost their numbers.
Powell Tae Kwon-Do is based at the Nobel School in Mobbsbury Way and has a rich history.
Run by John Powell, the club has produced numerous champions since opening in January 2016 with just six students.
They are now offering one week free training for new students and run classes for all ages and abilities.
Tiger classes for those aged four and up are on Tuesday between 6pm and 6.50pm while family classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, running for an hour.
Powell TKD say the sport is a great way to improve general fitness levels as well as boosting co-ordination, stamina and flexibility.
They also say the elements of discipline, respect and etiquette plays an important part in the lessons which they hope will transfer to every day life.
