Arlesey Town are looking for a new manager after Nick Brown stepped away from the hot seat.

The Blues boss cited increased work pressures and family commitments as the reason although he will not be leaving the club, having been named as director of football.

A statement from the club said: "Nick has led the first team as manager for almost two seasons, helping with the implementation of our youth teams and revolutionising our approach to training and match days through data and technology.

"The constraints of his business expanding, coupled with a young family, have stretched him since the summer but Nick is keen to stay and help drive the club forward.

"His role will include developing a clear strategic vision that will be used throughout the senior and youth teams, implementing our short, medium and long-term objectives to ensure the club remains sustainable and helping us deliver the 3G pitch project."

The search for his replacement has already begun but in the meantime Adam Randall and Bruno Brito have taken temporary charge of the first team, starting with their Spartan South Midlands League Challenge Trophy game at home to Burton Park Wanderers on Saturday, kick-off at 3pm.
