Squirrel Taverners made it a cup double by winning the Hitchin Sunday League Carl Couzens Challenge Cup.
They had already claimed the Division One Cup but a 2-0 success over Troll Campbell meant another addition to the trophy cabinet.
The game started fast with chances coming for both sides early on.
Neither were able to take them, mostly thanks to some good goalkeeping, but it was also a scrappy affair.
However, Squirrel had just about edged the first half and they should have taken took the lead from the penalty spot, Sammy Nicholls brought down but Daniel Bond unable to convert.
Fortunately that miss was almost immediately forgotten as Luke Smith scored to put them in front and the lead was doubled just before the break through Joel Mason, rifling home after a scramble.
The second half saw the Taverners in cruise control, comfortably seeing the game out by snuffing out any chance of a Troll comeback.
