Stevenage have made their second signing of the summer - and he is an old face at the Lamex Stadium.
Dan Kemp played six times on loan at Boro back in 2020, mere weeks before Alex Revell took over in his first spell as manager.
That spell was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic but he did help himself to one goal, against Exeter City.
Since then the 25-year-old midfielder has moved around, spending most of last season on loan at Swindon Town from MK Dons, winning the Robins' player of the year award despite being recalled in January.
His contract with the Dons is up at the end of the month and he has now been reunited with Revell and Stevenage, signing a two-year deal.
The boss said: "Just like Louis [Appere, Boro's first signing], Dan is a player we specifically targeted to add to the group we have.
"He has been prolific whilst on loan in League Two and we’re delighted to welcome him back."
